You should have people out near the cars in case someone needs help. I wanted to exchange my car with the good choice. The car I chose had problems with the keys. When I went back in - the line as long so I just kept the car I had. Your return was very fast/efficient.

Nice friendly staff. I'm a gold club member. The mid-size car I rented did not have a USB port to charge my iPhone. And although there were a number of other choices from which I could select, they also did not have USB ports. One of the staff give me a portable charge with a USB port end from his office.
