Hertz was great. It's a pain that all the rental car companies are off site.
I am ALWAYS greeted by name, which is nice after a long day of travel. Gilbert, if he is there, always has my vehicle ready. Charlie, if he is at the check-out gate, is equally great, It is such a pleasure (and relief) to deal with people who appear concerned with my well being.
Booked a rental car last minute on a holiday weekend for trip to visit our grandson in Baltimore. Able to secure a great rate and the friendly staff got us right to our car, quick check out, painless return and shuttle to the airport. Could not ask more from a car rental company.
The only issue is the bus ride, they can be long and over crowded.
