It was nice and professional
Check out and check in is fairly seamless.
The rental car facility is very nice. Everything is under cover so you won't be exposed to the elements. Down side is the rental car facility is an eight minute bus ride from the terminal. Buses cycle evey ten minutes or so. Give yourself ample time to return your car to make your flights on time.

Fast, didn't need to talk with anyone, just shuttle to garage, received carfirmation, and picked up car.
Quick, friendly, efficient. A thoroughly pleasant experience.
My experience was great. Car was ready.
This time wasn't so good. My flight was delayed and they gave away the car that was in my stall number and didn't reassign me a car. Luckily, I'm a Gold status member, so I just picked out a Gold Choice car and went with it. But very frustrating, especially after being delayed.
