I inadvertently reserved an economy size car. The car was ready in my slot when I arrived to the airport, but it was too small for me. The staff was courteous and swift in upgrading me to a full size vehicle--which is my usual reserved vehicle. Also, the airport makes it very easy in finding the rental car facility with clearly posted directions.

My name is always on the Gold Board and check-out line is usually pretty fast. The new car terminal is a much longer walk though which I don't like.
Great no waiting direct to car out in 5 min

Austin office is great Car smelled like cigarettes though and gave me a head ache from the chemicals they used to cover up the smell
Process was simple and easy. I like being able to go directly to car right at the terminal. Drop off was fast. Car was ridiculously small, could only fit one carry on in trunk, and it was expensive for the class of car.
