Used my Hertz app when I was standing in line, 5 mins later (boom) wine to the stall and had my car. 20 people were still in line and I had my car. Love you Hertz mobile.

Excellent car and price. Only one person to attend to many travelers on a busy day.
I noticed the car I had rented needed an oil change so I was given a different car. It was dirty with a cigarette burn on the back seat. The attendant was polite and helpful.
Would have scored higher but took 'forever' to get served on return. Have rented here mamy times but this time was not to par.
