Great service on the exchange
Everything went smoothe.
We've always been pleased with our Hertz rentals and customer service. The only complaint we have (which really falls on the AUS airport location) is the new car rental facility area... which used to have fast and easy access on the ground directly to the cars... rather than the new facility which involves a significant walking distance to get to the rental vehicles and adds significant time to a schedule.
Booked online. The pickup and drop off was smooth.
All great except always pricey I'm renovating a home to move to Dallas

The rep was very friendly. The only thing is they didn't have our name on the board for Gold Members which would have saved time in line.
