Although I am a gold member and I booked my car a week in advance with confirmation number, I reached there to find no car available , no one serving the gold member. Only two agent to serve all the people , at least 30 min to reach the country just to ask what is going in

Great service on return & vehicle was just as expected.
As a gold member, it was easy and painless. Quick service, and I was even given a ride (in my rented car) back to the airport so I didn't have to take the shuttle. A+ experience.
