People were helpful and nice
I walked into the Hertz facility on the "gold" side and was immediately instructed to "get in the line". There were no questions asked, only "the line starts over there". When my turn came up, the same gentleman who gave me the instructions to get in line asked why I was waiting in line if I was a Gold member. A little customer service goes a long way. Service was quick. One of the drop off attendants offered to drive me to the terminal instantly instead of waiting for the bus.
