Smooth rental!
Blizzard of 2016!Hertz charged me full price for the 3 extra days while my car was stuck, buried under 3 feet of snow and the Dulles airport was closed and all flights were cancelled. No thanks to Hertz for taking advantage of an already bad situation. Charging full price for a blizzard emergency "act of God" was legal, but still not the "right" thing to do. Thanks for being jerks

Majority of the staff I have interacted with have been extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. One downside to the IAD Hertz is the vehicles have never been properly cleaned.
Nice service counter. Prompt bus service. Very polite staff.
I like the clean cars and efficiency in renting and returning a rental.
