On my way to an appt, my tire pressure light came on. I turned around and went to the dealership with no appt. They were wonderful, took my car right in fixed the damage front the nail in my tire and sent me on my way in less than 30 minutes for under $40.00
The manager Brian (I believe was his name) was rude and brash. I was just there to look at and possibly purchase a Kia Optima. I would never do business with any Hertrich dealership. I will also inform family and friends of my experience.
I love this place! Ron in service is AWESOME! He is always thinking of his customers and always up front and honest. Won't go anywhere else!
We had such a great experience at Kia Easton. Our salesperson Norene knew exactly what we were looking for and kept her eye out for our perfect vehicle. When it came in she reached out and it was absolutely perfect ! She hit every nail on the head! Very fast and friendly experience! Will definitely return! Go visit Norene at Kia Easton!

My car is affected by the airbag recall, this is the dealership I am supposed to go to for repairs. I've emailed then twice, the first time they replyed asking for my VIN and I replied back wth it. No reponse. I emailed them again 5 days ago, no response. Great.
Fast Efficient and friendly! Having just recently moved here I'm glad to have a place to go to get my car fixed I can rely on!
