We bought my Honda Pilot from Sean about a month ago. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to go through things with us. I highly recommend the service center at Hertrich Honda of Easton! My family and I were on our way to the beach when one of our front calipers went out. We pulled in to see if they could help us. They did not have the part, or the availability to service our car, but Ron (I think that was his name) went out of his way to find someone who could help us. Service personnel are not reliable ... was in 5 months ago with an issue - was told the part was being ordered - 5 months later - no documentation ... promised a call back at 9 am this morning after being told we just can’t order a 2000 part ....it’s a lease so you can have it back Go somewhere else !
They've made too many mistakes with the paperwork for our new CRV. They don't answer emails and their managers are less than trustworthy with some issues. The sales experience was fine, but afterwards, their customer service has been pretty bad.
Great and supremely stress-free buying experience!!! Shout out to the manager Paul for making everything super easy!
