The work wasn’t done to our satisfactory liking. We kindly voiced our complaints in a respectful manner to have some adjustments made. We were told we were belligerent and to speak to his lawyer.... I Can’t recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is horrible and simply doesn’t wanna work with his customers. Lack of professionalism.
Hershey Miller did an absolutely fantastic job on our epoxy floors for our commercial dog boarding business! Installation and service was incredibly quick and professional. Highly recommend!!!
The owner did a fantastic job on this basement floor! He showed up right away when we asked for a quote. He gave us a realistic price. He did the work exactly when he said he was going to do it, exactly how he said he was going to do it. He is very reliable, skilled, knowledgeable, and hard working. The floors look really great. As a realtor, I have seen thousands of old basements, and I'm happy to say this is one of the best basement floors I've seen.
Very pleased with the results, showed up on time, communicates aspects of job well. I would highly recommend.
