I would like to personally thank Scott Huff for the kindness and compassion he showed my Dad, Emory Slone, in his final hours. I know that he received the best care possible and passed on peacefully and without suffering. Thank you for being his advocate when I couldn't be. That is the true passion of nursing.
Got transferred here by their request for a stress test. Now 24 hours later getting sent home so I can come back to do it as a out patient next week.
I had a very vad experience with the VA. My family has a suit in now w them they killed my dad. So i dont have much for them. They suck

The VA in Huntington experience has so far been great. It's good to know that when I go there I'll be taken care of.
I had a very bad experience previously with the VA but did not know what to expect when I moved. The Huntington Clinic is a shining example of what the VA can be. The staff is courteous and attentive. They are genuinely there to help and will go above and beyond to take care of you. Especially Brittany who is a life saver!
I would like to thank the medical staff at Huntington for the care they have given me. As a Vietnam vet I have some AO induced issues. After my screening Primary Care got me on the right track and I have made good progress. I would suggest that some improvements are needed in the non-VA services department. I live over an hour from the VA hospital and had to be treated on an emergency basis at a local hospital. This was in January. It is now October and these are still not settled.
Failure of epic proportions to supply our Veterans with appropriate Nursing home facilities for those with Alzheimer's in WV. After, my Father gave 40 years to this country, it disgusts me to see what this VA has to offer. Should be ASHAMED....
