I have only had one kind of bad experience here, but went to patient advocate and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Other than that I have had pretty good care here. Clean facility, friendly staff, and helpful volunteers. Dr. Gonzalez down at walk-in clinic is absolutely one of the best.
The people there had a hard time getting my meds but they finally figured it out

My husband had a catherization done. Dr. Vaughn was great. He took his time and talked to me. The nurses were the best. Very accommodating to me and my husband. Very attentive to his needs and always polite and appreciative of his service to our country. Thank you veterans for your abilities to go above and beyond for his care.
Every time my husband's goes to his appointment he has a different doctor. Every time he has a problem nobody is willing to help. They always seem to want to help but the hospital is pushing not too. Every doctor is always rude. It really sucks that our men an women go an fight for our country but when they need help it's our government an VA Hospitals that screw them over. You should be a shame of yourself.�
