I would like to commend WOODY WILLIAMS VA MEDICAL CENTER my place of employment on the great job they have done to protect patients and employees during this time. I have an awesome chief STEPHANIE PARSONS who has went above and beyond to help out with protecting the nursing staff as well as the support staff. It takes everyone to have integrity to make a hospital great. So thanks!
My husband says he gets the best care from everyone and they treat him like he's special.

Although I have always been treated wonderfully, this review is directed toward a lady who, in my humble opinion, went above and beyond today. Yvonne in scheduling, not only continued to play phone tag with me regarding necessary paperwork for my appointment, she called to make sure that they had what was needed. Sure, I had to wait a bit longer, but she didn't give up. And she wanted to be sure I was seen before she left for the day. Thank you, so much, Yvonne!
