They have taken great care of my father. Mom fainted today while with dad at his appointment and they took great care of her. Give the staff an at a boy and girl nursing staff is very nice
The way they treat my father is absurd. This man fought for our county and they’re gonna turn around and treat him like garbage. He is CHF and has 60 pounds of fluid on his body and won’t keep him any longer. He afraid of going home because he’s going to die. But they said he’s too sick to go home in regular transport, he has to go by ambulance? That makes no sense to me. Do not bring yourself or loved ones here. They only care about money. Looks like we’re finding a new hospital for my dads care.
A Triage nurse should not be taking patients to rooms from the ER. THEY are there to TRIAGE patients as they come in. Signs say to go to the TRIAGE nurse if you are showing signs/symptoms of a heart attack or stroke, but we can't if she isn't in her office.

This is the best VA my husband always gets the best care and the staff is all ways on top of things right now he is in the hospital with pneumonia and the flu he is getting the best care the staff is doing everything they can to get him better thank you so much really glad you are here for the veterans

Instead of professionalism, I'd say honest down to earth people who know and do their jobs well. Moreover, I was treated with respect and dignity which is many times better than anything I've experienced in the civilian sector. Thank you.
