RecommendedI sure do. They have helped my husband a lot. He is 92 years of age and in poor health. The have given him his hearing aids and his wheel chair and cart. A lot of his medical supplies. The Doctors and staff have always be great to us. Appointments are faster and better than some of the appointments we have at a regular doctors office.
Today my husband had an appointment at the Huntington VA Medical Center. At some point we lost his bag that had all his diabetes supplies in it. The supplies were in a a striped zip up Thirty One Bag with the name Jeannie embroideried in black on the front. We are heart sick and in desperate need of the contents in the medical bag. If you find the bag please turn it into the VA’s lost and found or message me.
I hate this place! Nothing but bureaucracy to even get a refill for medical supplies! I need more filters for my CPAP machine, but I'm told that I have to go to my primary care doctor, get a referral to the sleep clinic, have a new sleep study done, which will cost the VA thousands of dollars. And then wait even longer. In the meantime, I have no filters, so my health will do nothing but deteriorate. The VA as a whole should just change their motto to, HURRY UP AND DIE!
I have been getting harassing phone calls from ext 7121 from someone that starts laughing like a Hyena and saying i am hanging up because i dont want to wait,then starts laughing again and says call back, i dont know what to do about it!!! any advice from anyone is appreciated!!!
