When we first moved to Nashville we had a great little mom and pop plumber who were reasonable and honest and cared about their work. The owner ended up retiring and selling out to a bigger chain. I was not happy with the new place, and have not had good luck with plumbers since. Until now. Hers and His was great! Fair pricing, cared about doing the work right, and was super prompt with service. I appreciated they didn't try to up charge me or sell me some package deal. The work was done well and Billy explained everything to me. He showed me everything he was doing before he did it.
Hers and His installed a hot water heater in my son's home. Unfortunately, neither my son nor I are schooled in building codes, and the installation was not completed to code. Alas, when my son sold his house, the inspector advised that the water heater needed to be brought to code. Hers and His sent Billy who has revived an excellent rating above, but from our experience the reviewer must be related to him. I am sorry about your frustration, according to our records we show the following: We installed a water heater at the home, but did not install the venting for the water heater, that was previously performed by a different contractor. When we received the call after the inspector was out, we send Billy out as a courtesy to review the work. He found there was a piece of venting that was improper (that we did not install) and we offered to replace it at no charge.
