The technician, Dan L**** was GREAT!!! Very professional, courteous and helpful at explaining to me what was being done and what upkeep needs to be done in the future. As my wife and I have dealt with many technicians, Dan has proven to be exceptionally knowledgeable at his craft! On 05/04/2018 I left a negative review about this company. After working with the new manager of the Hers & His office that services our area, I (we) have been converted. (I will be attempting to revoke the negative review from BBB's site if I can.) Hers & His Plumbing did not have to respond to my review, but they did. [Problem Resolution] Rob, the technician, was awesome! I could tell right away he was familiar with my tankless hot water heater and he knew what he was doing. He also found a totally different problem that was causing it not to work from the first company... very glad I got a second opinion and found a good company to repair my tankless hot water heater and get me hot water again!
Had ******************** Warranty and Hers and His plumbing was assigned to my claim. Two toilets needed to be repaired. One was leaking at the base, (Bad Wax Ring) master bath the toilet was rocking due to the bolts coming loose. The technician came and replaced both wax rings and re-affixed both toilets. The technician apparently shimmed one toilet with spare change in his pocket, will upload photo if possible. I spoke with Mr ******** on the phone today. He understands the reason behind the repairs being made the way they were and agreed that in this case the shims that are standard for fixing a rocking toilet would not have worked properly, but our solution did fix that problem. My service request was for 2 leaks, one for toilet and faucet, both in my second bathroom, the plumber who arrives stated that he couldn't fix the faucet leak because it was specified as sink in his work order. So I called the office to inform them of the situation. They told me I need to place another request to get the faucet fixed because faucet and sink is 2 different things. I had an issue with the way they put in my water heater, but when I told them about it, they were very quick to resolve it to my satisfaction.

I had 4 plumbers come check out the clog/leak in my kitchen sink. All of them seem to have attended the Eeyore school of plumbing ("That won't work", "This can't be fixed"), none of them even attempted a fix. Then Josh H****** from Hers and His Plumbing showed up. Josh is like the Edison of plumbing! He took a look at the sink upstairs and the pipes downstairs. Took his snake out of the truck and gave it a try.
