This may be the WORST company I have ever dealt with EVER! My initial contact was made through a home warranty company. The company called to schedule an appointment to repair within four days. On the day before the service was to be made, I received a call stating they could not make my repair until the following Wednesday (The call was on a Thursday). We spoke to Mr. S****** on Friday September 29th and apologized for the very bad mix up in communication. We then offered to have someone come back to his house that night or the next morning to complete the repairs to which he declined. He requested for our technician to call him monday for a time to come back. When we called Monday, Mr. S****** informed us that he had another company take care of the issue. This company was sent by warranty company because of a major leak. We had not ideal where it was coming from. Technicians walk in and said something about leak coming from the roof. He said they would like to have a leak detector come in to find out where the leak was coming from. Leak detector came determine that leak was from the water line from the ice maker. Spoke with Mrs, B****** and found that there was a miscommunication between the technicians and the warranty company, I spoke with the warranty company and got the company to authorize the work. In speaking with Mrs, B****** i apologized for the miscommunication on this and ensure her this was not our level of Customer Service. She was very pleased with the phone call and the explanation of what happened.
AWESOME!! I could not of asked for a better experience with this company!! They were on time and very quick after I called. The service was phenomenal, and the service guy that came out was so sweet and caring. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home fixing my air conditioning unit. It was affordable, but I would of paid more because I was just so impressed. I would recommend them to anyone that needed any type of home repair!
I moved to Murfreesboro in 2010. Hers and His redid all the plumbing in the house my husband and I bought, and we used them for a few other calls as well. I called them 2 weeks ago for what I felt was an emergency. My hot water heater supply line was spewing water in my laundry room. When I discovered it, there was already standing water in my laundry room. I tried shutting off the valve. That lasted about 5 seconds before the hose was spewing water again. I would have given a zero if i could. They came out to my house because my home warranty company sent them, from the time the technician michael arrived you could tell ehen he arrived he had a attitude. My husband got home from work and asked him how was his day going and his comment was that he could be going home to hixson if he didnt have to come here. I have had two dealings with this company, through our warranty company. The first ended well after with the warranty company to do a recall and for Hers & His to schedule this recall they replaced my sink fixture, found out from the technician who was helping out is from Orlando area and that they fired the plumber who did the work originally. I believe this was basic miscommunication on our part. Because Delta products carry a lifetime warranty, the home warranty company does not supply the part. Our technician did not explain this well enough to the customer. Our technician did tell the customer that he would be happy to come back to install the parts once they had been received. We were assigned Hers and His Plumbing through our home warranty. So we called them to set up an appointment and they showed up and assessed what was needed to correct our hot water heater problem. We were told that an expansion tank needed to be installed and that the pressure regulator valve would need to be replaced. The expansion tank would not be covered under the warranty and would cost $280, the pressure regulator would be covered by the plan. This company **** don't know how on the world they got this score they care nothing about customers they respond back slow to warranty companies had to wait a whole weekend for jimmy to put his work in to the warranty company and still nothing on Monday they are horrible and she be shut down........
