Chattanooga office deserve a 0..A horrible company,The lady so called plumber is a rude******>.I told her I had a badly leaking water heater, after she finally called me 2 days later,said they couldn't come out until 3 days later... Told me if I didn't like it,call somebody else...

Couldn't remove original review below, so updating. Update 4/8/20: What a difference a couple of days and Jerry make!! When I got in touch with the company early on 4/7/20 and explained what happened, Tina got directly in touch with Jerry (regional service manager and father from January's father and son team) who personally okay'd an entire replacement due to the ongoing issues. MIKE DESERVES NO STARS. I felt it necessary to post today to ensure others are not treated as I was. Mike was dispatched by our Home Warranty Company. He saw the issue and must have decided the $125 Service fee was just not enough for him to bother with our repair. He was extremely unprofessional. He made negative comments about other customers and the warranty company. Referred to this company through a home warranty plan. Needing service ASAP I called them at 8:05am and was told they had no record of the service request and to call the warranty company. Warranty company resent info and I held while they called the plumbing company, then said all was well and I would receive a call shortly. 2 hours later I called Hers and His again. I had an appointment with this company on 7-15-2019 about a toilet clogged and tub stopper. At first I appreciate the service professional for updating me on his arrival time. However, when arrived and entered my home they did not use shoe covers especially since the weather was already rainy and cloudy. Also their vehicle had no marking of the company and was just in a car. The service guy did not have any paperwork and was unaware of what was supposed to be repaired or serviced. I had to wait a week for them to even have an appointment to come fix a major leak at my house. Fifteen minutes before they were supposed to show up they call and cancel on me. This is the WORST service I have ever received. This is not a dependable company. I rearranged my whole schedule so I could be available during the 3 hour appointment window, and then all of a sudden they just can't come. I would NOT recommend anyone do business with them. Appointments are not honored and customer's time is not respected.

OMG I absolutely cannot understand how this company remains in business and that ******************* uses them. I'm not a spring chicken. I must have had hundreds of contractors work in my home over the many years, but NONE, let me repeat none were as unprofessional, rude and as useless as this one. My opinion, run and don't look back. Save yourself from their disrespect and all the aggravation. There are so many plumbers out there, heck throw a dart at a list of them and I'm sure they'll be better than this company. My warranty company sent a service request for a leaking hot water tank at 2:28pm today. Received a call for repairs at 4:48 and they told me they just got the request. I don't think so. They told me they were all booked up and can't come for 3 days. Told me put towels down to collect the water and shut off the water. Never told me to disconnect the electric. Good thing I have common sense. I find not having any hot water for 3 days unacceptable when you have a home warranty contract and any other time. Makes you wonder abou... read more

My water heater was leaking. After numerous companies failed to show up, "Hers and His Plumbing, Heating and Air" did. Not only did they show up, they actually had the water heater with them. The tech, Ed V***, was AMAZING! He was a breath of fresh air, extremely competent, and got the job done quickly. I asked him when it would be done, expecting in 3 days, he said "now." If you have a problem, call this team! Ed V***, you are a Rock Star!
