Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Kind of, but it could have been better

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant
