The company's website is glamorous and very misleading. I came in with a partial root canal and wanted it completed. 1st they charged me for a consultation and then lost the record of my co-payment. The dentist said my tooth needed to be pulled and I had to come back next week. After returning, he took another xray and said he could complete the root canal. My family has been usin Herrmann dental for several years and they've been wonderful. Yesterda y my daughter had an appt. for oral surgery. I must say it wasw an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! the doctor was someone I wasnt familiar with,he apparently behind schedule. In my opinion he was rushing, mey daughter was to have conscious sedation. she was NOT properly sedated.Immedeiately after administering her I.V. medication,he started giveing her novacaine injections,she was crying throughout. he wanted me to leave the room. ... read more

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
