I want to thank everyone from pre to post op. Nurses, Doctors, PA, Nurses assistances attitudes where great in every way.
We were there for 5 hrs n the same people stood there the whole time doing nothing. Then i asked for a different room so we can have some privacy and i got refused. I complained a little and finally was able to get another room. But i didnt know there was a shift change. I waited for an hr to be moved before i knew there was a shift change. Needless to say if it wasnt an emergency i wouldnt have went here.
I presented with chest pain and shortness of breath. I was triaged right away but after 2 hours I was still in the waiting room. I walked out.
Imaging department 5 stars!! Technicians, nurses and staff were freindly, and helpful!! No wait, got right in at time of appointment..
I was having some chest problems and went to the Herrin hospital ER. They assisted me quickly and efficiently. They successfully got my blood pressure down and got me a room for the next couple days to do test on my heart. Which they found a small abnormality that could have been missed very easily. To my nurse Nicole that i had while i was there thank you for your kind service and help with everything. Thanks again Herrin hospital.
I visited the er on the 4th of june. The only thing I found bothersome was the new system they are still working out all the bugs. But the Nurse's were amazing. The Dr who's name I can not remember was cool as well the only thing there is I had to ask a Nurse what I was diagnosed with because the Dr only told me what I did not have to worry about. But over all it was the best experience I had.
I want to thank Scott Carnnick and everyone in the Er department who took care of my daughter yesterday you all was very nice & very caring
They didn't even bother to stop and explain what or why they were doing things. Bad customer service all around.
Amazing staff. They were all so nice. Dr. Brazis is amazing!!
