I loved it... they were very friendly and did what they had to in order to care for my baby girl... The staff is wonderful!!!
Was taken right in and cared for the nurses and doctors where very nice. And took great care of me

It was completely unbelievable. Staff and Doc Jeff Jones were just awesome. Doc Jones explained everything to detail & great bebside manors. Some doctors don't even have none at all. His nurse staff was just super. They were so kind and seemed like they couldn't do enough for each of us. Rating should be 10+! Thanks, you all maded yesterday an easy surgery day for both of us. Thanks!
That staff and support team there are great my only complaint was I had 3 layers of clothing on and still froze sitting in the same day surgery waiting area, otherwise superior kindness from all staff members. Thank You!
I generally have a good experience with the hospital. I can't say the same for the ambulance staff. I am a heart patient and I started having problems with chest pain and breathing. The ambulance staff decided I was have an anxiety attack which I've never had and dumped me in triage and told the hospital nothing about the chest pain. Thankfully no heart attack, but it also was not a panic attack either. I am on physical restrictions for the next 6 weeks. The nursing staff and PAC Oakley took very good care of me. Had to go to the ER yesterday with my lil guy. The staff in admitting & Triage was top notch & quickly got us in. Due to the influenza out break they filled up quickly. PA Cranik saw my lil guy & ordered some test, blood work & IV for his swollen & very tender face. RN Autumn was very gentle & soothing & informative to my lil guy about the procedure of putting in an IV. Our Tech Wayne was top notch & kept checking on us often. The hospital staff was very nice and helpful. I was taken care of immediately in the x ray department.
I love the care I receive at Herrin Hospital. The staff are by far the best I've ever encountered anywhere. After many visits for my medical issues, they are consistently superb. I can say It's MY hospital. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
