Went in to the ER for my son. People at the front desk told us since we were seen in triage and not taken to the bays it would not bill a full ER charge. Just the Dr. charges. Claim came through and billed $1600 for ER charges. Called for a review and they say the charges are correct. When I called to request further review, the billing staff talked over me and refused to connect me with a manager. I do not have time to play voice mail tag. Took a friend for Colonoscopy, 5 stars nurses/staff on 2nd floor for procedure, 1 star for receptionists/check in... could be friendlier when dealing with the public! 08/17/2017 8:15am
The RN in the ER was rude and her and two other employee's stood in the hall talking about the patients. I was very uncomfortable with my visit.
I went with my daughter, to take my 9 month old granddaughter to the ER around 1 am this morning. We were immediately taken back and the nurses, the X-ray tech and doctor were nothing short of amazing. Even the admission clerk was very friendly. The compassion and care they took with my granddaughter meant the world to us. They were very friendly with us and made sure to ease our minds, knowing we were feeling awful for my grand baby, because she was hurting. Thank you all for your kindness tonight.
I just want to thank the ground person/people for providing such a gorgeous area in the center for staff and guests to just sit and relax while waiting on appointments, news, breaks or whatever. My daughter goes to the outpatient rehabilitation (fantastic btw) and Ive thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of being outside while I wait. Thank you for the thoughtfulness that was placed behind it �
Went it for a routine colonoscopy. Every staff member was wonderful, friendly, caring and compassionate. I would not hesitate to go back.
First experience at HH post Epic Go Live and it was fast, pleasant, and extremely easy! Absolutely no waiting in Admitting, only a few min in Imaging and I was out the door! Very pleased and pleasantly surprised!
