My husband and I loved this place when we first moved in. We had planned on staying at HTC until we were able to afford a house because it’s in an ideal location for us to get to work and the unit itself was amazing. Staff is awesome, overall I want to talk about how great Donna Slifer is, (the housekeeper) I noticed a huge difference once they hired her. The apartment complex's seem to be so much cleaner and look great, thanks so much!
We moved here this year and absolutely love it. Do not let anyone who posts reviews about the parking fool you. Everyone was made aware that carports were coming in. With rent being as reasonable as it is, $30 dollars for a covered spot near your apartment is beyond reasonable. There is plenty of carport space. The office staff is respectful and has never been anything but kind to us. The apartments for the price and location are huge. We lived in a different complex before this and would never go back. The staff are awesome, and everything is very well kept. You still deal with the nuances of living in an apartment (i.e. neighbors that can be noisy from time-to-time), but overall it has been a great place for us!
We loved living here while our home was being built! The staff is amazing and the maintenance guy is the best-- we've moved around a lot and I can't say enough good things about him. We are already missing the beautiful pool and amenities there! Highly recommend!
