The leasing ladies in the main office are really easy to work with and promptly answer all of my questions whether it be through email, text, or phone call. MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS IF YOURE LOOKING TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I lived there for one year and it was by far the worst management, maintence, and safety. We have had nothing but headaches with this complex. They give you a “base rent” making it sound like a good deal and that you are getting the most bang for your buck, upon signing they will add that you have to pay utilities on top of the fee, pay for washers and dryers (they will not let you bring your own), pay for facilities that are unusable, then power and gas. ... read more

This place is a joke!!! We love out apartment its super cute, but the billing is horrible and the company they go through are absolutely rude. They nickel and dime you every month and when you call and talk to them about there mistake they won't do any thing about it. There are better places to live. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Friendly and helpful staff. Jamie is great and has been attentive for any questions we may have and made our move in process smooth and easy! We are in the updated one bedroom and we love it. Convenient w&d in bathroom and more than enough cabinet space in the kitchen. Great view on our deck and many amenities to take advantage off. Very quiet and cute community!
We love living here! The pool and club house are way better than anything others I’ve seen!!
We have lived here since 7/2019 and love it so far! We have lived at the pool all summer and loving the fire pit! Not to mention how cute our apartment is and how nice and helpful the staff are! Definitely would recommend!
I lived here a year. When I first moved in and turned in papers for disability I got treated like I was lying. I had to provide more than one doctors note to prove my disability which seemed a little ridiculous. During the year the AC kept breaking and it was very difficult to get anyone to “fix” it. This happened several times. The price is a lot for what you really get. At the time I was just desperate to find something to fit my family in.
