Maintenance is responsive... (Verified Renter) Maintenance is responsive and professional, but there seems to be some communication issues between management and the maintenance team.
There are rodents and rude neighbors If you are complacent with sharing a 50-100 square foot pool with 23 other floors of overly aggressive snots that will trash the halls, each other, and the concierges that try to keep the whole building safe, the low utilities and decent location may be worth it. Otherwise, just go home, put some fairy lights on your desk, and pretend you’ve got a few homeless people outside every day. It’ll be just like the city without rodents, a-holes, and an overpriced quality of life.

1402 Willowood apartments are a great place to live. I've lived there for three years. The location is great, restaurants, bars, shopping is within walking distance .

Granted we haven't... (Verified Renter) Granted we haven't been here long yet, but move-in was easy, the pricing is reasonable for the area and amenities, management seems to have good plans for the community, the staff have all been helpful and friendly, the front door (at least to our unit) seems much nicer and more securely built than other places we've lived (can't see daylight or lock mechanisms through the edge for once!), unit seems decently insulated for temp and sound all things considered, the flue in the fireplace... read more
