For the third time I visit they did not have my blood work from LabCorp I done weeks ago. He asked me do I have my blood work. They said LabCorp was going to send it to Dr Herring. So meantime he's trying to tell the girls why don't you have his blood work. So Mean Time an hour goes by and they call the place.
Dr Heron is a true professional. He gives very clear feedback on tests run and condition specifics. He includes me in each decision going forward allows me to ask anything during our appointment.
Dr Heron was thorough and very professional at my appointments. He takes time to listen to my situation and makes suggestions that is easy to understand and follow. I never felt like he was rushing me either like most doctors have a tendency to do, Dr Heron did not. I am very pleased with the care I receive.
