I was very pleased with the environment and friendly people there. Hugo is an wonderful tattoo artist. I will be going back there in the future. :)
Went in for my first session with Emily and she's AMAZING!!
I walked in, talked to somebody n set up an appt to meet w/Hugo a week later. I do...was to have what he came up with a week n a half later...NOTHING!! I call,he's not there...a week later still nothing, I stop in....he's not there again...2 weeks later STILL NOTHING!!!! HELL OF A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! JOKE......
I got my second tattoo here and loved the atmosphere and the artists. Emily did my dream catcher for me and did an amazing job, I will definitely be coming back to get the rest of my art done here! Thank you again Emily for the great piece!
First time at Heroic Ink. James was my artist and did an amazing job. Felt like I've known him for years. I'll be a forever customer. Each and every staff member I came in contact with was nice and friendly. Amazing results and wonderful atmosphere. Very clean. Bravo Heroic Ink, bravo!

I got a tattoo for my dad that passed away from HUGO and it was the best decision I've ever made. Very clean shop, exceeded my expectations.. In progress of already scheduling another appointment with Hugo to add to a half sleeve!!!
I received two new piercings recently and they were very honest about if I should get more than one in the same area at once. I appreciated that they really cared about how my body would react to the piercings and did not just try to sell me things. They were very personable and put me at ease before the process and took care of me when my body's reaction was to try to pass out.
