So So can't say I had a bad haircut because my appointment was unfortunately canceled by the stylist due to being out sick, I guess. That's not the reason for the review; it was the way it was handled. It felt unprofessional. They were all booked up and couldn't fit me in until next week, so they gave me two options: reschedule for next week or cancel my appointment. I'm screwed either way. I am so grateful for Abi! My 8 year old is on the spectrum & struggles with anxiety. Abi helped give her a voice & empowered her to make the decisions she was able to make herself. She was calming, fun, & thoughtful. My child has seemed a million times lighter since the appointment & has lit up every time she sees her reflection. The haircut itself is so darling. We will 100% be returning!

raccoon tail btw… the hairstylist also added things onto the service i didn’t ask for? she didn’t really ask about adding them either. it wouldn’t be a big deal if i liked it, but the tails weren’t like we talked about. my hair cut was kind of choppy and uneven when she said she’d do soft layers. :(
