Very accommodating and did an amazing job! I had Ian as my stylist and I got "the big chop" going from extremely long hair to a short bob. The haircut looks amazing, and I was able to donate about 10in of my hair! Plus, they covered everything with the donation, so I only had to mention that I wanted it donated! As a wheelchair user, you will need to be ambulatory enough to stand and to transfer to other chairs. They were willing to move chairs out of the way if I wanted to stay in my chair. I’ve been considering making a review for a few months now, and unfortunately I’m still not over my experience at this salon. The first photo is my hair before visiting Heroic. I don’t usually use heat and color it maybe twice a year. I wanted to get to a more neutral brown, as I tend to get coppery in between colors. I had a consultation so the stylist understood what I’ve been doing with my hair, what color was currently on it, and how much hair I have, because there’s a lot. I was quoted between $200-300. Tarrah did a full foil color on my hair and I am in love with it. She spent 10 minutes talking to me and asking questions to be sure she understood what I wanted. She then gave me a price estimate so I didn't have e sticker shock afterwards. If I could give her 10 stars instead of 5, I would. My hair turned out exactly like I envisioned, only better! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Tarrah!
Absolutely wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this place more! Tarrah is single-handedly the best hair stylist I’ve ever had!
