The meat is so bad, it tastes like rubber meat, the texture and the taste is horrible. Not worth the money at all
Do not go to the Hero burger at Yonge and King - I ordered a burger and poutine and it came out 40 minutes later. I even came early so that I could beat the lunch crowd. I didn’t even get a chance to eat. I had to grab my food and rush out to get back to work on time. It literally took more than half of my lunch hour to make and serve what is supposed to be “fast” food. This isn’t the first time this happened at this location. First off, I'm not sure any of this was anyone's fault, per se, just relating my experience. Was there about 6:30pm on a Monday. The restaurant was empty. Seemed to be only one person working and I had to ring a bell to summon her from the back. She wasn't rude, but didn't do anything to make me feel like I was welcome there.
