sadly items arrived 5 days later than promised (total of 2 weeks after purchase day), which put our project behind considerably, we were also told that we could return the items with a 30% restocking fee, but turns out there were no returns possible on any of the items we purchased... Putting 2 stars since they arranged for a drop off for free because of the delay. we later bought some other floors from Floor & Decor, was available that afternoon, and the prices were the same if not better. They installed the flooring at Expedia Cruises in Norwalk, the floor looks amazing and they did it quick with no mess. excellent quote and prices for flooring.
Great professional company. ETA of flooring was right on. The delivery and install company were professional and, clean up after job was done, was impeccable. Both companies also kept in contact.
