Want to express my gratitude and appreciation to fantastic Doctor Ayvazian for his super helpful support and help concerning my health issues I experienced since 2 years ago having severe nerve pain and stretched muscle pain. The way Doctor Ayvazian treats is making miracle as the pain disappears in a short period of time. I needed an urgent appointment to treat a displaced fractured toe. Dr. Ayvazian's staff dealt with my needs promptly & helped me communicate with my insurance to get my referral modified so I could be seen THAT day - before the weekend. They were concise & attentive, parking was easy, the office was clean, they were moving patients through the waiting room swiftly and they saw me promptly even with a lot of patients waiting & me not having a set appointment time. It was great. He has a phenomenal beside manner. The only reason why i stopped going was because they didn't take my insurance so i was paying out of pocket then i couldn't afford even though he was charging me a very modest fee i could not pay it. I'm not happy with my current podiatrist so i called Dr Hermoz office and they now accept my insurance. The staff was pleasant. To be honest i'm thrilled that i'm returning to his practice. Terrible customer service, rude staff, double booking all the time, staff is careless, professional conduct is completely missing at this office. Long weight time, may take more than 3 hours.
