Hey, we love you guys totally always great coffee, that being said please, please make your cupcakes "fresh everyday" the past 4 cupcakes have been hard and stale, and the frosting is "crispy", you state clearly that your baked goods are done daily and that is simply untrue. Please, do not take offense we just want to have consistency and do not appreciate receiving "old" cupcakes, and throwing them in the trash!!

Great place to get take out inexpensive breakfast: bagels, cream cheese, turkey dip, coffee hot or iced, hot chocolate or tea. Specialties like pecan sticky rolls Fri/Sat only. If you're into making bbq you'll be impressed with the selection.
I love the smells, atmosphere and staff, all so amazing. My son and his wife came from Colorado last week and had to do Herman's boys every morning for breakfast.
I love this place. They have the best everything...tea, coffee, chocolate, baked goods, smoked meat, sticky buns the size of my head... seriously, no matter what you get it will be delicious.
