I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Botero and all of his team. The entire process of having a knee replacement was relatively straightforward and effective, with a remarkably fast recovery time. My life is almost completely back to normal in 6 weeks - though still recovering, I’m walking, climbing stairs, going to the gym, driving, biking and gardening, all without arthritis pain. I had both knees replaced with Dr Botero. The professionalism of Dr Botero and his staff and even the surgical center were amazing. Dr Botero sent me text daily letting me know where I should be in my recovery and also what exercises to do. My recovery has been a lot easier than I expected. I am so thankful God led me to Dr Botero and his team. I would recommend anyone needing knee replacement surgery to go talk to Dr Botero before scheduling with someone else.
Dr. Botero did an excellent job of explaining the total knee replacement surgery and the recovery process. The surgery and recovery went amazing. The daily texts came at just the right time when I needed inspiration and encouragement. One knee replaced, one more to go.
I’m very impressed with the staff and Dr Botero. He answered all my questions and his explanation of how he would be doing my knee replacement. We scheduled my surgery before leaving his office!
