I've never been to a professional office like this before, everyone made my daughter and I feel very welcome and that made us feel very comfortable being there. Everybody there seem to enjoy their jobs very much, it didn't feel like they was there for a pay check, that everyone was there to make the patients feel comfortable and care for. Had to take my 4 year old daughter in to get a couple of teeth fixed. She had a great experience and the staff was great at explaining everything to her.
Simply the Best dental care I have ever received, from the reception desk and the time taken to ensure all information was correct to the dental hygienist that worked with me. Stephanie was excellent in explaining everything that was going to happen during her examine and the time spent getting to know me, my background, and what questions I had. This was my first visit to Herman Dentistry. I found them to be professional, very friendly, and honest. I have dental anxiety and they were very sensitive to that and worked with me to be sure I was okay and not freaking out. I appreciated their honesty as to what future work I needed. I would highly recommend this great group of professionals.
What makes a business successful in my opinion in the people who make it run. I am always made to feel welcome and am happy to return. Thanks so much for great service every time!
Was a great visit. I wear dentures and they have never fit. They did a temporary realignment on them and now they fit perfectly. I had always had to wear denture cream. Now I don't. Thanks. I have to make another appointment for the permanent alignment.
