I brought my son in for fillings and while in the waiting room I finally worked up enough courage to ask about appointment to have toothache checked. To my surprise they got me right in. I assumed would take a few weeks. (I think they know how nervous i get and stressed over appointments and felt sorry for me, lol). They never once made me feel guilty for not coming in sooner or mentioning it at my cleaning. I am sure I inconvenienced their schedule but they never made me feel like i did. I felt relaxed and welcome instantly. At first I was a little uneasy, but the staff was very friendly. I didn't have to wait around forever and the conversation was pleasant and personal not just the generic how's is going that I have gotten from other doctors offices. I am very much looking forward to my next visit!
No pain....friendly staff as Dr. Eric Herman always is. Found I didn't need the whole procedure and also found a solution in receiving all the other dental work I need. Thanks!!!
All staff are pleasant, caring and personable from the time you walk in to the office until you are finished! It was necessary for me to bring my grandson and staff were interested and interacted with him as well. My visits have always been pleasant whether it is an emergency or check up.
Had an emergency issue with my young son and they were extremely helpful to see him asap. They provided excellent service that was comforting to my little, which was nice for mom too. Gave us a referral to a great pediatric dentist as it was necessary. Overall, as always the Herman Family Denistry provides top notch care from the lovely ladies up front, the dental assistants to both Dr. Herman and Dr. Stine!
The service was very good, great facility, and I really appreciate the time given to me by the doctor.
