I recently had a dental emergency and called as soon as the office opened . The lady answering the phone was very understanding and worked quickly to get me an appointment the very earliest they had available . I greatly appreciate the services and the attention the staff paid to detail to diagnose my issue. I ended up having cracked tooth syndrome so another appointment is in my future .

We brought my five year old in for a cleaning. The hygienist was so good with her. She kept my daughter engaged. She was gentle and efficient. She even talked to my two year old about coming after his birthday. She made my kids excited about coming to the dentist. I loved that they had a TV positioned to give my daughter something to focus on. There were plenty of toothpaste/fluoride flavor options for my daughter to choose from. Both the dentist and hygienist knew how to talk to children without talking down to children.
They have fixed a few of my teeth for me, and they feel a lot better that before.
I had a great experience at Herman Family Denistry. After having a horrible experience at another place I was skeptical. But the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and actually enjoyed the experience. The dental assistant and the doctor actually sat down and just talked with me about my problem. I felt like they both really listened to what I was saying and cared. Thank you for a positive experience.
The service is nothing short of professional and excellent. I would recommend this dentist and all the staff to anyone looking for quality work and customer service.
They took there time with my teeth to find the problem, and are taking care of it. They are getting ready to go over a treatment plan with me on Monday to see what's best because of the situation at hand. Very nice team and teamwork.!!!
