I love Herkert Family Eye Care!! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. It's like you are their family. I broke my frames over Christmas. I went yesterday and Alexis was able to find some frames that my lenses would fit without having to order new ones!! The price was fantastic! Thank you Shelly and Alexis!
I had a great experience! Every single staff member was polite, patient, & helpful. The doctor spent the amount of time with me that I needed. This team is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I am confident that I will receive the best eye care with Dr. Herkert and his staff. I highly recommend this practice!

I drive from the east side because I just love Dr. Herkert and the entire staff. I feel so valued from the moment I walk in the doors. Getting glasses feels like a few hours of pampering because the ladies make me feel beautiful.
My experience in having an exam and selecting new frames. was awesome! I used to have the magnetized sunglass lenses but had trouble cutting grass at my job at a golf course because I couldn't see the lines. Dr. Herkert suggested the transitions and they are great. I also had to take them in to be adjusted after I thought they were okay when I first walked out with them. They were very helpful when I went back.

They have super friendly staff, they're extremely reasonable, and they always go above and beyond!
He is great with kids and his staff understand the quirky things kids can do! I trust the entire family I their care
