RecommendedI think it is a beautiful place and mom really likes it and has made a lot of friends. they are doing a great job keeping them safe during Covid 19 however they do need to give them some freedom such as bringing a few at a time and space them out where they can get some interactions. I know they try to occasionally take them outside for a few mins on nice days but my mom is very lonely right now and misses the interaction with her friends. Maybe they could stagger lunch and place two to a table so they are not in their rooms... read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Won’t listen to our repeated concerns over I adequate staffing, food and care for my mother and residents at the NEW Glasswater Creek in Indianapolis. I wish we had never moved my mother to this facility
Management very hard to deal with after mom died. We have been lied to more than once about refunds due her after she passed and what was due her estate. Recently Unitypoint hospice gifted some money to mom's account there which was to be put toward her rent refund (which we didnt receive for 4 months after her death). They now are refusing to forward that gift to her estate, indicating it has been forwarded to Medicaid. That was not the intent of that gift. run from this place, dont walk.
RecommendedMy Mother, age 95, lives there. We are very happy with her care. From the front desk, to the Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, kitchen and maintenance, they are great. When I call Hilda with a question or request she is amazing. Always right there for me. Also, a special thanks to Maria for helping us get her into the facility.
