Their meals are not hot, serving Luke warm meals. Quarantine residents are not getting meals in their room. The first shift CNA’s are awesome, Bonnie and Karen work second shift and when they work. There is no issues. When they are not there problems occur. Issues that are brought up is not resolved. Management tells you one think one and it don’t happen. The buck gets past along and they only worry about the first of the month when they get paid.

RecommendedI worked with HW for today he pass 6 years. I just recently moved on to my next journey but wanted to thank everyone from HW. The staff and the residents. You have all were a beautiful part of my life I will never forget!!! I love ever part of and every year I have spent with you all!!! RecommendedNo instances of COVID, so far. My sister has gained 12 pounds since she became a resident. The food is nutritious; residents can get snacks, sandwiches, soup after hours if they request (and it doesn’t violate any dietary restrictions). Pre-COVID they would take residents on outings and family members could, also). We’ve been able to do video chats and window visits since lockdown. My sister has a cell, so we keep in contact by phone. An MD visits every other week; podiatrist once per month. OT/PT can be scheduled to come in... read more
