Just moved my Gram in & everyone has been so helpful & friendly. The residents seem genuinely happy. The facility is immaculate. I am so excited for my Gram to have such a great place to call Home that's not too far from me.
I work here, so maybe I'm biased but I LOVE THIS PLACE! I would totally suggest heritage to anyone over 65 who needs some assistance with ADLs, meds, showers, etc. Beautiful setting, great staff, wonderful management, CLEAN, constant activities and recreations; it's simply fantastic!
We were so nervous about Mom moving to Heritage Woods but now we are positive we did the right thing. She eats better and gets exercise everyday. She also smiles a lot more.
Wonderful place for our mom. Meals are wonderful and employees are all so nice and caring. So many good people there also. Mom has her independence and privacy, but all she has to do is call and help is right there. It was a little confusing for her at first because it was such a change in environment..... But she is doing great now. So grateful there is a place so nice for our mom to spend her final years.
