greatest Vet ever! front desk staff is amazing.
5 star rating! I have had to bring my maine coon here twice to be groomed and he has come out looking like the cutest lion you've ever seen both times! The staff is very friendly and the vet was nice to him and talked to him. The groomer was the sweetest. She talked to him the whole time while grooming him to calm him down and she was so gentle with him. She does a great job!
Very caring staff longer waits because they don’t make appointments but once you go back the vets and the staff make it all worth it with happy smiles. they treat you like family, wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else !
We have taken all of our pets there over the last 25 years. Great staff and Veterinarian’s that truly care about our animals and understand how important they are to us. All of the surgeries performed there came out with a positive result and at a reasonable cost. I called other places and some cheaper but by a small sum. For peace of mind and knowing everything’s done correctly it is worth our peace of mind to go to Heritage.
Cheaper is not always better, especially when it comes to Surgery of any kind. When it comes to the Care of my Animal Family the Price is really the Last thing I consider. The Personal 1st name relationship with the Dr. and his Staff who have been the only vet my Boys have seen since 8 weeks old is what is Most Important. to me. Knowing they are treating him like their very own Pet because they know him and love him and therefore know how important he is to me and my family is vital to me being able to leave him in their car... read more
They are excellent doctors and truly care for you pets. It’s not all about money for them. The entire staff is amazing.
Yes....today I heard such a beautiful story. This vet and assistant was so concerned of a puppy hit by a car tgat they went directly to the puppy. This truly was amazing to hear coming from a vet. I feel thankful that you care that much about animals!!! Guess what? You got MY business here on out!!!! GREAT HEARTS!!!! Keep up the powerfully touching job!!!
My Pom needed an anal gland cared for and immediately they took her back and within a minute I could hear her screaming as they lanced it without any pain med. Needless to say I never went back. Lanced and cauterized without pain med.
