this hospital sucks I turned in my dogs papers and I went there today to get him check and they wanna tell me they lost my dogs papers like seriously?! and than tell me to go get them from the other vet ... mmmm no this place sucks I won't ever take a frog there.
Very thorough and thoughtful with what is best for the dog. Have been going here since my childhood pets and will continue to do so even if it means a bit of travel time. There were a lot of people waiting for their visit and they were working at a quick pace to make sure no one was sitting in their cars for very long. Great job to all at Heritage!
We had a pregnant cat move into our barn and ended up keeping her and taking her here since we had brought our other animals here for years. The day she went into labor I called and was told it could take up to 3 hours and to just be patient. I waited 1 hour and brought her in. We ended up seeing either a student or a tech not the actual vet. He decided that she would need an emergency c-section. I agreed and got out my debit card. Dr. Nate was so wonderful! He got our Rocco boy in quickly and understood my concerns. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he help our Rocco but also gave me great dog ownership advice as well that I didn’t know. I walked away from our appointment very pleased with our care and knowledge to be a better dog mom. Thanks Dr. Nate and staff!!
