Applying for a mortgage is extremely stressful at the very least. Trevor and Kennon at Heritage made the process so easy, we could not be more grateful. They asked for a few basic documents from us (w-2, tax returns, employer records etc) and took care of all the rest. Found a lender, dealt with the seller, did all the paperwork and arranged the appraisal.
