I've lived in many apartments and rentals in the past decade and have dealt with many landlords, and Heritage Place and its owner Mike is hands down the best landlord I have ever had. That one-star review is unfathomable to me. You have to ask if that former tenant has some sort of axe to grind. I've never heard a single complaint from any of my neighbours and I"m glad he no longer lives here. Mike strives to keep the complex safe for his tenants.
