Tucker enjoyed his cut the other day, Thomas always does a great job.
I took my ragdoll cat here for a haircut. Great staff, and the haircut was done very well! I used to go to Petsmart, but this is now my go to place.
Today, I dropped off Andy for his second time at Heritage Pets for grooming. Andy has generally run out of groomers in the past when he realized where we were going because he hates baths so much. But today was a test, and he ran in so excited to be there and greeted everyone! I am thrilled. I can't wait to pick him up this afternoon and see how beautiful he looks. The staff is fantastic, and we love the attention our boy receives. Thank you!

Terrible management and horrendous customer service. Owner directly stated to me: "I don't have to meet you. That's what my manager is for." Lack of professionalism and disrespect are reasons to take your business elsewhere.

Why don't you tell the whole story? This client has an Old English Sheepdog/Standard Poodle mix who grew from a puppy to an adult. As he grew, the price needed to be increased to adjust for matting and size. While going through the stage of blowing it's puppy coat, the dog was extremely matted which lead to a price adjustment. When our manager spoke to the client about a price adjustment in the future (because we didn't have the heart to adjust the price that day to what it should have been), the owner only wanted to talk ab... read more
My wife was treated horribly by the owner. Her actions were not even close to appropriate. I would not recommend giving someone so unprofessional your business. Happy to share our story with anyone who requests it.

Lucy Lu & Winston spent a week. Came home happy, and clean puppies. They received loving care. Not left alone bored with a bunch of barking dogs. They have someone on site 24-7.
