The worse experience after three years using them. They over book which makes your dog stay in a cage most the day. Manager (new) could care less and kept repeating himself. Don’t use them, they won’t love your dog. All they love is your money.
Rude bedside manner and owner hasn’t returned a call for 6 days. I left my puppy there reluctantly and I was in tears because of Brandy. When she came out she was shaking and trying to jump out of my arms to get away. She hasn’t been the same since.
Unreasonably expensive. Attitude. They can’t seem to get their logistics right at all. Went there for over 10 years and stopped this past year.

Don't ever go here. There is at least one groomer who shouldn't ever be allowed to touch another dog. Then management promises a refund but never follows through. Customer service and ethics obviously are completely lacking here.
