Former loyal customer for over 10 years but NEVER AGAIN! I asked for the wooly parts of my dog's hiney (near/under his tail) to be shaved down, because like many dogs he mats back there if I let it get too long. They shaved his sides, his back - it was uneven, it looked like a drunk toddler got ahold of some clippers, and the bottom line is NO WAY WOULD ANYONE ASK FOR THIS TO BE DONE TO THEIR DOG. I've seen firsthand what they consider to be grooming and I wouldn't take my dog here! Also, they are sorely lacking in customer service skills. Please spend your money elsewhere and get what your pet deserves so that you don't have to pay someone else to correct the mistakes made at Heritage pet groomers.
U think this place is a wonderful,beautiful place for the dogs.
I take my 2 yorkies Maddie and Libby to het their hair cut. Lorianne is their groomer and she does a fabulous job! Love the staff and they are always really nice!
